Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Balanzo app. Balanzo is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the terms below. By using Balanzo you agree to them.
Balanzo Pro subscriptions
- Balanzo Pro is available as an auto-renewing weekly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the same price unless you were told otherwise.
- If a plan includes a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
You own the data you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
Not financial advice
Balanzo is a tool for recording and reviewing your own money. Figures such as budgets, projections and insights are calculated from what you enter and are for information only. They are not financial, tax or legal advice.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Balanzo, interfere with the service, or try to access data that isn’t yours.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Balanzo reliable, but the app and sync service are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We may update features and these terms; if we make significant changes we’ll let you know in the app.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Balanzo’s developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from decisions made using information shown in the app.
